The Founders
Rajat is an engineer, researcher and finance consultant with more than 25 years of experience spanning engineering, financial technology, data science and computational modelling. He holds a Ph.D. and B.Sc. in Engineering and has extensive experience in software development, econometrics, optimisation and financial risk analytics. He is also the author of multiple publications including patented engineering research. As CEO of EagerArc, Rajat leads the company's strategy as well as the technical and analytical development of FuelMove.

Nikhil Chapaniya is a hospitality and operations professional with management experience across flagship properties within the Hilton portfolio. His background encompasses operations, financial reporting, performance management and customer experience, alongside experience in digital content creation. As COO of EagerArc, Nikhil is responsible for the company's operations and the commercial development of FuelMove, with a focus on user experience, brand development and customer engagement.
